Free carer wristbands are issued solely at the discretion of the organisers.

Please do not buy a ticket for your carer as this will NOT be refunded.

Yes, of course you can and we hope you will! If you’re planning to dazzle us with your costume, we salute you! Please review our Cosplay Guidelines to ensure everyone has a fantastic and smooth experience.

Most of the people in costume and cosplayers will be happy to pose for you so you can take a photograph if asked politely. Please be polite and ask them first if it is OK to take a photograph. All we ask is that you respect their decision.

Promethean Promotions Ltd are not responsible for any photographs taken by third parties at the event, including where and how they are used or published.

Cosplay Competition entries close at 13:00 on both Saturday and Sunday.

Yes, guests will be charging for autographs, this is normally on a printed image which the guest will sign for you unless you have a personal item you would like signed such as a book, DVD or poster.

Please note that it is the guest who dictates the prices charged for a signing and/or selfie, not the event organisers. Wherever practicable we will publish the prices for each guest before the event, once they have been confirmed to us by the guest or their agent.

No, you do not have to pre-book autographs. It is simply a case of coming along to WynterCon on the day, finding the guests you would like to meet and joining the queue to see them.

All guests can make their appearance at various times, they will take breaks for lunch and refreshments. Most guests will attend the event all weekend, but if a guest has advised in advance that they will only be appearing at certain times or on a certain day we will note this on our website and provide updates on our Social Media channels before the event itself.

Please be aware that Celebrity guests may have to leave early to catch transport to get home and that their appearance at WynterCon is subject to work and/or family commitments, over which we have no control. If you are attending on Sunday we strongly suggest that you visit the guests as early as practical in case they may need to depart before the show closes.

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the guest’s schedules at all. Late changes to filming and other commitments can result in a guest having to cancel. Any guest cancellations will be announced on the WynterCon website and our Social Media channels as soon as we have exhausted every possibility of getting them to the event and can confirm that they definitely cannot attend.

All guest appearances are subject to work and family commitments and may change at very short notice. We will do our best to try and keep you informed and strongly advise you to keep checking our website for updates.
